Fun game

This is the first mobile app I have sunk time into and the first Ive ever spent a little bit of money. I have been playing since day one and have every character available and every crystal except a few in the hall of rites and enjoy collecting characters and materia. I have seen a couple reviews saying support is horrible and while that might be true for that individual I overwrote my account in my phone with my wifes by mistake and there was a huge mix up involving them overwriting both our phones and putting my account on them both causing her to lose her account to having my account on her phone and hers on mine but over the course of 2 weeks it did get fixed and after this long process the support team sent me a personal message saying they were very happy we were able to get the issue resolved and thanked us for our patience. The only gripe I have is I wish drop rates for rainbows were better and Id wish if you did the 50 mythril draw that at least 1 rainbow was guaranteed.
